Born from a shared dream of three lifelong friends—an architect, a conservationist, and a hospitality visionary—we set out to create more than just a resort. We wanted a place that tells the story of Telangana’s soul: the emerald sweep of Kinnerasani Lake, the whisper of monsoon winds through ancient trees, and the region’s time-honored traditions in every stone and beam.

Our journey began with countless sunrise hikes along the lake’s mist-kissed shores, sketching thoughts in the damp earth and imagining glass pavilions that seem to float above the water. We combed local quarries for the perfect limestone, consulted master craftsmen to revive centuries-old stone-carving techniques, and partnered with indigenous growers to replant the hillsides with native saplings. Every decision was guided by one question: How do we honor the land and uplift the guest experience?

 

Today, that vision takes shape in soaring glass façades that frame panoramic lake vistas, in whisper-soft linens handwoven by regional artisans, and in the personal touches—like handwritten welcome notes and curated trail maps—that transform a stay into a story.
